Product Description:
The 481-A Rotary Stage is ideal for fine-tuning within 5° of any component after it has been rotated close to the desired angle. The internal platform rotates 360° in a precision drilled bushing that locks with side mounted thumbscrews. The external platform features are high resolution and can be driven tangentially. The sides of the platform are engraved with tick marks indicating each degree and a vernier with marks with an accuracy of 5 arc minutes. The 481-A is driven with a screw micrometer and is attached to the bench and breadboard through clearance slots in the mount, and to the uprights using two screw holes located on the sides of the platform. The 481-A also includes two 25.4 mm diameter retaining rings and a solid hole insert with center clearance for mounting components such as post brackets on the shaft.
