The MPI TA-5000 (ThermalAir TA-5000) is a high-precision, flexible cold/hot cycling airflow testing system designed for engineering laboratories and production lines. Its core function is to deliver precise temperature-controlled airflow (-80°C to +225°C) for rapid thermal cycling, thermal shock testing, and temperature characterization analysis. It supports direct airflow targeting to the device under test (DUT) without contact-based testing and features eco-friendly operation (CFC-free, no LN₂/CO₂ required), complying with environmental regulations.
