Agilent ParBERT 81250 3.35Gb/s module makes ParBERT 81250 ideal for testing 10 Gigabit Ethernet, XAUI devices, and for some serial buses (S-ATA, Firewire, PCI-Express,.) And backplane semiconductor products are ideal for high-speed communication ports.
 
With the 3.35Gb/s ParBERT module, parallel and multi-serial speeds from 21Mb/s up to 3.35Gb/s can be tested on 64 channels. The E4861B is one VXI slot width and can contain two front-end cards (E4862B: 3.35 Gb/s generator front end or E4863B: 3.35 Gb/s analyzer front end).

• Pseudo-random word sequences (PRWS) and standard PRBS up to 231-1 are generated
Ber is analyzed with user-defined data, PRBS, or mixed data from parallel ports
• Generate and analyze data rates ranging from 21Mb/s to 3.35Gb /s
• 16 Mbit memory depth per channel
• Jitter modulation characteristics
• Variable transit characteristics
• Generator module:
• Data output: differential or single-ended
• Amplitude: 0.1 to 1.8V pp
