The Keysight ParBERT 81250 3.35 Gb/s module makes the ParBERT 81250 ideal for testing 10 Gigabit Ethernet, XAUI devices, and semiconductor products used in several serial bus (S-ATA, Firewire, PCI-Express) and backplane applications Ideal solution for high-speed communication ports.


With the 3.35 Gb/s ParBERT module, you can test up to 64 parallel and serial channels at speeds from 21 Mb/s to 3.35 Gb/s. The E4861B module is one VXI slot wide and can contain two front insert cards (E4862B: 3.35 Gb/s generator front end or E4863B: 3.35 Gb/s analyzer front end).

  • Differential and single-ended inputs or outputs
  • Generate and analyze pseudo random word sequences (PRWS), standard PRBS up to 2??-1 and memory based patterns up to 16 Mb.
